GM RETAIL Sales DIVISION

What to do?

  • Formulate and implement sales strategy;
  • Plan, execute, and continually improve retail sales activities to maximize sales volume;
  • Formulate, assign, and implement KPIs and Sales targets to the sales team;
  • Ensure smooth operation of all sales outlets.
  • Manage retail stores' staff, motivate, mentor, and coach sales staff, enabling them to meet assigned targets;
  • Continuously enhance brand image through excellent customer service

Skill Set

Should have hands-on experience of known Point of Sale (PoS) and inventory management modules, preferably MSD AX 365. Must also be hands-on on MS Office. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Should have proven track record of

Experience

  • At least 10 to 12 years of experience out of which at least 7 to 8 years should be managing and operating chain of retail stores of known brands.
